Welcome to @loveitslight: Where creativity shines bright

@loveitslight

Hello everyone. This is Ifunanya, and I’m beyond excited to start this journey with you. Together, we’ll explore captivating stories, share incredible moments, and uncover lessons that shape us.

1) About Me

My name is Ifunanya Umolu, and I am 12 years old (never too young to start anything). This blog is my way of sharing creativity, thoughts, and stories with the world. Here’s what you can expect:

Share my love for stories and animations with the world. In this blog, I would love to engage and excite my audience with a light story animation.

Give amazing book, movie, and artist reviews for those of us who have no clue about those who are trending and their latest productions.

And finally, I want to share my experiences—the lessons I’ve learned, the mistakes I’ve made, and the progress that has shaped me. It’s like my very own public diary—honest, thoughtful, and maybe even a little fun!

 hope @loveitslight becomes a place where you find inspiration, joy, and the courage to embrace your own journey.

2) Books that inspired me to start this blog:

To start off, some of my favorite books that I feel are a must-read are:

1) Dork Diaries: Tales from a Not-So-Fabulous Life by Rachel Renée Russell follows Nikki Maxwell, an eighth grader navigating life at a private school. She feels out of place among the popular kids, especially Mackenzie Hollister, and documents her experiences in a diary filled with humor, drama, and doodles. With support from her best friends, Chloe and Zoey, Nikki faces middle school challenges, a crush, and an art competition—all while learning to stay true to herself. This lighthearted yet relatable story explores friendship, self-acceptance, and growing up in a fun, engaging way!

2) The Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz follows a teenage spy recruited by MI6 after his uncle’s mysterious death. In Stormbreaker, the first book, Alex uncovers a dangerous plot involving a tech billionaire and must use his intelligence and resourcefulness to prevent a national catastrophe. Packed with spying, action, and high-stakes missions, the series delivers gripping adventures filled with twists, cutting-edge gadgets, and intense battles between good and evil.

3) The Miscalculations of Lightning Girl: by Stacy McAnulty follows Lucy Callahan, a girl who gains extraordinary math skills after being struck by lightning. Despite her genius-level abilities, she struggles with social interactions and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. Her grandmother insists she attend middle school to develop social skills, where Lucy faces challenges fitting in. Through friendships, a community project at a pet shelter, and personal growth, she learns that intelligence isn’t just about numbers—it’s also about connections, kindness, and embracing who you are.

4) Diary of a Wimpy Kid: by Jeff Kinney follows Greg Heffley, a middle schooler navigating the ups and downs of school life, friendships, and family. Told in a diary format with humorous doodles, Greg dreams of popularity but often finds himself in awkward and hilarious situations. The book captures the struggles of growing up, dealing with embarrassing moments, sibling rivalry, and the quest to fit in—all with a lighthearted and relatable tone.

Thanks! for reading and make sure to stay updated for new info and posts, and remember always love your light!

My Lyrical Sensation

H ello everyone, Ifunanya here again from @loveitslight. I have a very peculiar post for you today. I had English homework from school, which was to create a 3-verse dizain lyrical poem. If you don't know what that means. it is a 3-verse 10-lined poem about love and hatred, and I decided to share it w ith all of you today. As the world, once bright, fades away, A journey right, never led astray. Light and dark once ruled my way, Yet love still shines in the dark passageway. It hasn’t burned, nor sparked to ignite, Let alone won a fateful fight. Hatred and despite, writing and strife, An untold forthright, a persevering life. But where is the faith once held so dear? My first love—mi amor—once sincere. Letting go of what we had before, Running away from what we endured. Don’t despise or let demise Break the bond—our love’s reprise. No hate, no contrast, just longing for you to last. One more chance, baby—maybe the last. One more night, resting deep in your might. If you ...

Loveitslight Breakthrough

  H ello everyone, and welcome back to loveitslight: where creativity shines bright. Today's post is quite peculiar because I will be going into deep context about our YouTube channel, Loveitslight, and you can access it through the link  Loveitslight - YouTube . So I started the YouTube channel a little while after I created the blog, and its main purpose was to create animated videos and reviews on artists, books, and movies. But I also had the chance to include animated music videos.  I would love it if you all had the chance to check it out and smash that subscribe button or click like  "Join the Loveitslight family and let’s build something magical together!"  . It would also be lovely if you could send me ideas for reviews and personalized story ideas. I am very excited to be going through this journey with all of you, and I will do my best to give you out-of-this-world content.  So now unto the blog's content:  a) Would all of you love it if I i...
